If all else fails I suggest uninstalling MPC and all codecs then reinstalling. You may have installed the wrong MPC operating type for your system/if done on purpose you may have forgotten to tell it to run on the operating system you installed it for aka, windows xp service pack 2. MPC may require you to run it as an adminastrater.ģ. Your copy of windows 7 is an ungenuine copyĢ. I can't be too sure but I think the main problem for window 7 users would be one of the following.:ġ. Since the update I have recived 1 other update to install. My MPC or Media player classic has been working fine since the update but this morning it is now giving me that same message. My latest update installed which was the Security Update for Windows 7 for 圆4-based Systems (KB2425227) ![]() I also have windows media player, Media player classic, and the Microsoft version of media player that came upon the install. I am useing windows 7 64bit operating system. ![]()
